Guardianships and Adoptions

Even though a good strong Power of Attorney will be able to help most families out maintaining the health and welfare of a family member or close friend, at some point, a guardianship may be needed depending on the circumstances. A review of a doctor's statement along with an office visit to discuss the particulars of the case will be needed.

We would be happy to help you establish a guardianship would typically be established in the county of where the incapacitated individual lives. If they are being located from out of state, or if they are being located to another state, we can assist with those cases also.
