Whether you need a new corporation set up, an Limited Liability Corporation formed, or a Limited Partnership, our office handles all forms of business entities. After our initial conference, we will determine if the name for your entity is available through the Secretary of State's office and secure your Articles of Incorporation through the Secretary of State's office. We will then, based on the parameters of our meeting, draft and prepare the other documents required for a corporation or a partnership.

As follow up, we will put you on a diary system to make sure your business entity filing with the Secretary of State occurs every year to keep your company current and in good standing with the Secretary of State's office and will assist you in the preparation of required yearly minutes and waivers for your meetings.
